Eusebio wants attacking La Real

Eusebio Sacristan has made it clear that he wants more attacking intent from Real Sociedad ahead of his debut at the helm against Sevilla on Saturday.

The former Barcelona B boss replaced David Moyes before the international break, and he is hoping to build on the Scot’s work in strengthening La Real’s defence with more flair going forward.

“Now and in the future, we’ll only think about ourselves, not our opponents,” he said at a Press conference.

“Sevilla are a team who have different ways of playing and know how to adapt to their opponents.

“I will focus on [improving] our attacking game as the team worked well defensively [under Moyes].

“I want to work in a defined manner, with very clear ideas, because there’s no other way. I’d like to start with a smile.”
