Emilio Butragueno admits Barcelona were ‘far superior’ to Real Madrid but called for unity at the club.
Madrid suffered a 4-0 home reverse against La Blaugrana with the supporters voicing their displeasure throughout a 90 minutes in which Los Blancos were second best.
“Barca were far superior in every facet of the game. It’s a bad night for us,” Butragueno concluded, Marca reports.
“We don’t want excuses. They were better and we must reflect and be united. It was a sad night for the fans. They’re demanding and you have to respect their feelings.”
