Jese: My time will come

Real Madrid forward Jese Rodriguez has moved to quash talk of a bust-up with Rafa Benitez by citing “good things come to those who wait”.

Reports on Monday speculated that the 22-year-old had grown tired of being overlooked by the Coach, playing just 56 minutes against Sporting Gijon last month, despite Los Blancos’ recent injury struggles, but he has since made it clear that he will fight for his place at the Santiago Bernabeu.

“Good things come to those who wait,” he wrote on his official Instagram account.

“The best are those who don’t surrender and fight. Good [training] workout!”
