Bayern Munich have reportedly shown an interest in signing Barcelona winger Adama Traore.
The 19-year-old did not travel to the United States for La Blaugrana’s pre-season tour, and RAC1 claims Pep Guardiola is preparing to take advantage of the situation.
Adama has a release clause of €15m and is understood to have made it clear that he no longer wishes to play for Barca B, who were relegated to Segunda B last season.
He made two appearances for the first team in 2014-15, scoring in his 16-minute cameo against Huesca in the Catalans’ 8-1 Copa del Rey demolition, and has represented Spain at youth level, although he is believed to have switched his international allegiance to Mali.
Former Barca boss Guardiola made a similar move shortly after his appointment at Bayern two years ago with the signing of Thiago Alcantara.
