Barcelona’s Aleix Vidal has every faith that fellow new Blaugrana signing Arda Turan will be a hit at Camp Nou.
The Turkish international’s arrival at the Catalan giants has been questioned in some quarters but, speaking during an interview, the 25-year-old expressed his belief that Turan has a lot to offer.
“He can fit in very nicely at Barca,” Vidal stated. “He has a lot of skills that, in the style of football Atletico Madrid play, he has maybe not been able to show.
“He will surprise everyone and I have no doubt about that.”
Vidal also revealed his own happiness at having arrived at the European champions.
“It has always been a dream to reach the elite and if you are at Barca I don’t think you can ask for anything more.”
