Barcelona President Josep Maria Bartomeu has admitted that Paul Pogba “is one of the best players in Europe, but we respect Juventus”.
The midfielder has long been linked with a money-spinning transfer to La Blaugrana, despite a transfer ban limiting them from registering new signings until January 2016, and played the entirety of Saturday’s Champions League final, which ended in defeat for the Old Lady.
“At the moment, he’s a Juventus player. Admittedly, Pogba is one of the best players in Europe, but we respect Juventus,” the patron told Telefoot.
“We cant’t register any new players until January, so I can’t say who we’ll sell yet.”
