Neymar is relishing turning out for Barcelona in the Champions League after watching La Blaugrana win in 2009.
Neymar has spoken to Brazilian outlet Globoesporte and discussed not only Saturday’s game in Berlin against Juventus but the unlikely bond shared with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, the Brazilian, Argentine and Uruguayan more normally rivals.
“It will be the match of my life, no doubt,” Neymar said, Mundo Deportivo reports.
“It’s a final that every player dreams of, and I get to play it with Barca. We’ll do our best to win.
“I’ve dreamed of this since I was small and now I’m about to live it. It’s a like a World Cup for clubs and everyone who has already played in the final says there’s nothing like it. I hope we can win the trophy.
“It’s hard to see how three rivals South Americans can get as long as well as we do. We have an affinity in attack. The joy we feel when we play together increases the magic.”
