Alves: No PSG deal

Dani Alves’ representatives have denied there is a deal in place for him sign for Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer this summer.

Radio Marca reported on Wednesday that the Barcelona right-back had agreed a move to the French capital on a three-year contract, a suggestion his advisors have refuted after telling Sport there is still no news on his future.

Furthermore, they say that not only is there no agreement between the clubs, but there are not even any ongoing negotiations, although they admit there was a conversation some weeks ago.

Alves is out of contract with the Catalans in June and is free to sign for another club, while both parties have still not got together over extending his contract at the Camp Nou.

In addition, the Brazilian added to the speculation this week by travelling to Paris after Luis Enrique gave the Barca players a few days off.
