The agent of Alvaro Morata has poured cold water on talk of a return to Real Madrid, insisting the striker ‘only thinks of Juventus.’
It had been reported that Los Blancos were mulling over whether or not to exercise a buyback clause in the contract that took Morata to Serie A last summer.
AS confirms the Italian champions paid €22m for Morata and Madrid would have been able to re-sign him for €30m.
But Juanma Lopez has told Calciomercato that regardless of what Madrid are planning, his client is firmly entrenched in Turin.
“I can only say the player is happy at Juventus and just thinks of Juve,” he confirmed.
“Madrid are following him but he just has his head at Juventus.”
