Cruyff: Mou & Ronaldo to Barca ‘unfeasible’

Johan Cruyff has dismissed any chance of Joan Laporta bringing Jose Mourinho and Cristiano Ronaldo to Barcelona if he regained the Presidency.

There has been speculation Laporta will challenge Josep Maria Bartomeu for the office and, if he is successful, would seek to appoint former Madrid Coach Mourinho and sign Los Blancos forward Ronaldo.

The gossip was fuelled by reports Laporta this week met with Jorge Mendes, agent of both Mourinho and Ronaldo.

But Cruyff isn’t putting much faith in the idea the Portuguese pair could arrive at Camp Nou shortly after Laporta.

“Don’t give them much credit. They’re just opinions,” the former Barca player and Coach said, Marca reports.

“Sport is a game and there are a lot of possibilities, but in this case it’s not so feasible. I don’t imagine Laporta will bring Mourinho and Cristiano.”
