Raphael Varane and Alvaro Arbeloa will be Real Madrid’s only changes for the Champions League visit of Liverpool.
Varane will come in for Pepe, AS reports, after the Portugal international played through the pain barrier in Saturday’s win over Granada.
Pepe is expected to return to the XI for the weekend game against Rayo Vallecano with Sergio Ramos rotating out of the side.
Arbeloa meanwhile will replace Dani Carvajal, who injured his hamstring at Los Carmenes. Arbeloa came on for Carvajal in the 4-0 win and will retain the position against his former club.
There aren’t expected to be any further changes to the line-up, which means Iker Casillas continues in goal ahead of Keylor Navas.
Joining Arbeloa and Varane in defence will be Ramos and Marcelo after the left-back was seen working with Cristiano Ronaldo on Sunday.
Madrid’s midfield will be made up of James Rodriguez, Toni Kroos, Luka Modric and Isco and with Gareth Bale still absent, Ronaldo will partner Karim Benzema.
