Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed Sergio Ramos and Dani Carvajal will be part of the Real Madrid XI to play Barcelona.
Ancelotti gave an indication as to his team when speaking on El Laguero on Cadena Ser, with AS reporting his comments.
Ramos has been out since early October, when he was injured while on duty with the Spain national team.
Carvajal was rested for the midweek win over Liverpool in the Champions League but will replace Alvaro Arbeloa for the Clasico.
Ancelotti revealed that they will be the only changes to the side that downed the Reds, although a knock to Pepe means Raphael Varane could partner Ramos.
But if Pepe overcomes the injury, he will line up alongside the Spain international.
Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, James Rodriguez and Isco will continue in midfield in the absence of Gareth Bale, with Cristiano Ronaldo to partner Karim Benzema.
