It has been confirmed that goalkeeper Pepe Reina has completed a transfer to German champions Bayern Munich.
The shot-stopper, who was in Spain’s World Cup squad this summer, spent last season on loan at Napoli but returned to parent club Liverpool this summer.
However, he continued to be out of favour with Anfield boss Brendan Rodgers and he has now joined the Bundesliga side.
“I have come here to win as many trophies as possible,” Reina commented briefly.
