Relegated Osasuna host Barcelona B in their first match in the Segunda next season, while Real Betis start on the road.
The LFP have confirmed that the second tier will begin on the weekend of August 23 and conclude on June 7.
Osasuna welcome La Blaugrana on the opening day while Betis go to Sabadell. The third relegated side, Real Valladolid, are at home to Mallorca.
Recreativo Huelva welcome Real Zaragoza, Leganes play Alaves and Las Palmas meet Llagostera in other fixtures.
The opening round is rounded out by Murcia and Lugo, Girona and Racing Santander, Albacete and Alcorcon, Ponferradina and Tenerife and Numancia and Sporting.
