Morata with €100m buy-out clause?

Reports in Italy this morning claim that Alvaro Morata could have a €100m buy-out clause in his Juventus contract.

The young forward completed his switch from Real Madrid to the Italian champions on Saturday, though Los Blancos do have the option to buy him back from 2015-16.

That sum varies depending on how many games the Spain Under-21 international plays for the Serie A giants, but is a maximum of €30m.

When asked about the details of this complex deal, Juve’s general manager Beppe Marotta admitted: “there are many complicated clauses.”

According to Sky Sport Italia, that includes a buy-out clause worth €100m.

This however according to the station, is only active for the first year of his contract and €30m of it would go to Real Madrid.
