Juventus director general Beppe Marotta has denied talks with Barcelona and Real Madrid over the transfer of Alexis Sanchez and Arturo Vidal.
Mundo Deportivo report that Marotta was speaking to students and taking questions from the gathered crowd.
The subject of Alexis was raised and while Marotta admitted Alexis has his fans in Turin, he said it has gone no further than admiration.
“Sanchez is a player Juve like,” he acknowledged.
“At the moment we have not made a move. When we move to sign him, we will announce it.”
Marotta was also asked about Vidal, particularly in relation to Madrid.
“Vidal has only been part of the appreciation of Real Madrid. Nobody has made us a formal offer,” he said.
Marotta also predicted that another reported Madrid target, Paul Pogba, would sign a new contract with the Serie A winners.
