Juventus CEO Beppe Marotta has revealed that his side are interested in signing Barcelona’s Alexis Sanchez.
The Chile international has been an important part of the Blaugrana XI this term, playing 27 times in La Liga and scoring 19 goals.
But despite his seeming importance to the Camp Nou outfit, the Bianconeri board member has admitted that the Serie A champions are interested in securing the forward’s services.
“We're looking for a versatile player who can operate in several positions,” Marotta told Sky Sport Italia.
“We are looking for a quick wide attacker. We would like to have a player like Sanchez but there aren't many players like him at the moment.
“And we shouldn't forget that Barcelona made a big investment to get him. But I repeat, he's a player we would like to have.”
