Barcelona’s Neymar has rubbished suggestions that he does not get on with Camp Nou talisman Lionel Messi.
The Brazilian has endured a difficult first season in European football at times but insists his relationship with the Argentine is excellent.
“We haven’t been able to play together in every match,” Neymar said to CNN. “But I think that the understanding we have been creating is very good.
“The relationship between us is marvellous. Some people say that we don’t get on well, but they are mistaken.
“He is a very relaxed guy, a star who I admire a lot and I know that some things people say about him are not true.”
