Man Utd back in for Cesc – report

Manchester United will go back in for Cesc Fabregas this summer, reports in the British Press claim today.

David Moyes’ men failed in their attempts to bring the Barcelona man to Old Trafford last year, with several public bids being rejected by the Blaugrana.

However, The Metro newspaper writes that the Premier League outfit will make another offer for the former Arsenal man during this off-season.

Having suffered a difficult campaign under new management, the United hierarchy are set to give Moyes a transfer war chest to revamp the squad.

And the Scotsman is confident that Fabregas will be one of those men coming in, after a frustrating campaign at Camp Nou.

Cesc has played 31 times in the League this term, but is Tata Martino’s perennial substitute, playing 90 minutes on just 13 occasions.
