Martin Montoya is to sign a new contract with Barcelona, the club announced on Wednesday.
Montoya will put pen-to-paper on Friday with the new deal tying him to Barca until 2018 and containing a release clause of €20m.
The 22-year-old’s previous deal was due to expire at the end of the current campaign.
Montoya has made 14 appearances under Tata Martino this season, and has appeared a total of 43 times for La Blaugrana.
