Suso has said that if Liverpool agree, he will remain at Almeria next season.
The 20-year-old is on a season-long loan from Anfield and has made 22 appearances so far this season, scoring twice.
He told AS that he is enjoying his time in Andalusia and if the Reds give the ok, he’ll be back next year.
“I’ve got one season at Liverpool and I think it would be a good choice if I renewed and continued for another year at Almeria,” he said.
“But not everything that happens is up to me.”
Almeria are fighting to stay in La Liga and Suso believes home form will be crucial for the rest of the campaign.
“We are down there but if we beat Malaga we’ll get distance from the relegation zone, at least four points.
“And that, at this stage of the championship, is very important.
“It’s also true that we still have 14 games ahead and they will be 14 battles.
“We’ve been doing well at our place and if we continue like this we’ll have lots of ways to save ourselves.
“With the support of the fans it’ll be possible.”
