Bayer Leverkusen are currently in negotiations for Valencia wide man Andres Guardado, according to reports.
ESPN have revealed this afternoon that the Bundesliga outfit have initiated contact with Los Che about signing the Mexico international.
The 27-year-old has been an almost constant presence in the team this season, playing in 16 matches, but has so far failed to be directly involved in any goals.
Guardado is said to be interested in moving to the Werkself, with the prospect of Champions League football apparently enticing him away from the Mestalla.
