Getafe Coach Luis Garcia is sure Barcelona will have their attention on the Copa del Rey meeting between the sides.
It has been suggested that Barca will already have one eye on their League meeting with Atletico Madrid on Saturday, but Garcia believes Gerardo Martino will have his players’ focused on the next game.
“Tata and Barcelona are thinking about us,” Garcia said at a Press conference. “I’m sure they’re thinking about us.
“For us the match on Saturday with Rayo is like a final but we won’t talk about that until Thursday.
“It’s normal for Barcelona to talk about Atletico but they’ll only be thinking about us.”
Garcia and Getafe will have to contend with the return of Lionel Messi, who has been confirmed as fit to play for the first time since November.
“It is good for Barca to have Messi back because he is the best,” Garcia said.
“For us we must remain as vigilant and organised as before.
“We must stop them playing, fight hard and give 100%. If we lost then at least the Cup gives us options.
“We will try to win but a draw or a result that keeps us in the tie gives you options to enjoy.”
Getafe will be without both Michel and Pedro Mosquera for the game, as well as Albert Lopo and Sergio Escudero.
