Garcia: Sevilla dangerous on the counter

Getafe travel to Sevilla tomorrow, and Luis Garcia is wary that the Rojiblancos could punish his men on the break.

The Azulones face Unai Emery’s men looking for the three points that could take them level on points with their opponents.

But Garcia has conceded that the Andalusian club are dangerous on the counter-attack.

“Sevilla have a great passing game and can be very dangerous on the break,” he told a Press conference.

“They are one of the highest scoring teams in the League and have some good attacking players with real pace.

“We’re going to have to be focused if we want to come away with the points. There are 17 games left, and if in the next 10 games we can get 23 points I’ll be very happy.

“Once we can say we’re safe, then we can go out and express ourselves.

“This is the second phase of the season – so if we’re strong here we could fight for a European place.”
