Luis Garcia conceded that he thought his Getafe side had done enough to beat Barcelona on Sunday.
The Azulones raced into an early 2-0 against the Blaugrana this evening, but a Pedro hat-trick and a Cesc Fabregas double gave the Camp Nou club all three points.
“We dreamed. We thought we could do it,” he told a Press conference.
“The first 25 minutes we very good. But against Barcelona you have to be perfect for the entire match.
“You can’t make as many mistakes as we did and expect to win.
“There were two or three moments when I thought we could have gone 3-0 up. But then Pedro scored his first and that was it.”
