Lionel Messi has insisted that ‘there are no easy game at the World Cup’ despite Argentina’s relatively simple group.
The South Americans were paired with Bosnia, Iran and Nigeria in Friday’s group stage draw, but the Barcelona man has claimed that their procession to the latter stages won’t be that simple.
“I’m happy to come up against these rivals,” he posted on his official Weibo account.
“For all the talk, there are no easy games in the World Cup.
“All the groups are complicated.”
