Guardiola reads riot act

Former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola has read the riot act to his Bayern Munich players after his line-up and tactics were leaked.

Despite the comprehensive 3-0 defeat of Borussia Dortmund at the weekend, Guardiola is furious after Bild published details of his tactics prior to the Dortmund clash, which was reportedly based on long balls and switching play quickly.

“I don’t care who the mole is, I want him out of this club. Heads will roll and he’ll never play for me again,” the Spaniard is quoted as saying.

“If you want, I’ll invite you to my team talks so you won’t have to contact any of my players,” he is even alleged to have told a German journalist.

Bayern chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge also got involved.

“We won’t be pulling out all the stops to find the mole, but I’d advise him to stop,” he warned.
