Manchester United are reportedly once more in the market for a Spanish-based midfielder, eyeing Atletico Madrid’s Koke Resurreccion.
The youngster has impressed in recent months with his club and also at international level, helping Spain to European Under-21 Championship success in the summer before earning recent call-ups to the senior squad.
Reports in England indicate this week that United are monitoring the versatile midfielder with a view to a January bid to trigger his release clause, believed to be at €20m.
The Red Devils are known as in the market for a midfielder and have so far been unsuccessful shopping in Spain, allegedly seeing summer moves for Thiago Alcantara, Cesc Fabregas, Luka Modric, Mesut Ozil, Sami Khedira and Ander Herrera come to no fruition.
