Lionel Messi has remarked at his disappointment for his latest thigh injury, but promises that his recovery will be ‘very fast’.
The 26-year-old is ruled out for the next two to three weeks after picking up a thigh strain whilst in action for Barca during the weekend win at Almeria.
“I am sorry to not to be involved in the next games and for not being able to play with my team,” posted Messi today on social networking site Weibo.
“But I will return very soon because, God willing, the recovery will be successful and very fast.”
