Barcelona have named their 20-man squad to face Ajax, with Pedro Rodriguez coming in and Jordi Alba dropping out.
Alba is absent for the next few weeks after sustaining a hamstring injury whilst in action for La Blaugrana at home to Sevilla on Saturday.
The only notable addition to the squad sees Pedro Rodriguez return, after being rested at the weekend.
Carles Puyol has continued working in part of today’s training session with the rest of his teammates as he nears full fitness, but this Wednesday’s Champions League group stage opener with Ajax has come too early.
