Didier Drogba has reiterated his belief that Galatasaray can upset Real Madrid in the Champions League tomorrow evening.
The Turkish outfit play host to the Spaniards in the European competition’s opening round of group stage matches, looking to avenge last season’s quarter-final elimination by Madrid.
“Despite losing we beat them in the home leg,” Drogba reminded reporters at Monday evening’s Press conference.
“Tomorrow, I hope we will repeat this, because we have enough power to beat Real Madrid.
“If someone says to me that Galatasaray will win the Champions League but you could not score any goals, I would accept it immediately.
“Because the most important thing is the success of the team. Goals are only meaningful when your team win the match or qualify to next round.”
