Jordi Alba has torn his hamstring and will be out for at least three weeks, Barcelona have confirmed.
The defender limped out of the Bluagrana’s 3-2 win against Sevilla on Saturday, and the Camp Nou side have revealed this morning that the Spain international has torn fibres in his right hamstring.
Alba is set to miss games against Rayo Vallecano, Real Sociedad, Almeria and Real Valladolid in the League, as well as Ajax and Celtic in the Champions League.
