Sevilla name Mladost squad

Sevilla have named a 21-man squad for their first competitive game of 2013-14 and included a number of new faces.

The Andalucians are set to host Montenegrin outfit Mladost in the Europa League third qualifying round first leg on Thursday evening.

For that encounter, Unai Emery has picked several of the team’s summer signings, including Diogo Figueiras, Vitolo, Daniel Carrico, Carlos Bacca, Raul Rusescu and Nico Pareja.

Marko Marin also makes the cut despite fitness doubts this week, but Kevin Gameiro misses out through injury whilst Gary Medel serves a suspension carried over.

Goalkeeper Beto is also included, despite leaving today’s training session early suffering with muscle discomfort.

Sevilla squad to face Mladost: Beto, Varas, Coke, Figueiras, Cala, Fazio, Pareja, Navarro, Alberto, Carriço, Guarente, Rakitic, Cotán, Jairo, Reyes, Vitolo, Perotti, Marin, Rabello, Bacca y Rusescu.
