Barcelona welcome 10 first team players to preseason on Monday, as Coach Gerardo Martino takes his first training session.
After being presented as replacement for Tito Vilanova last week and flying out to Norway to meet the players and see their 7-0 win over Valerenga, Martino takes charge of training at the Ciutat Esportiva today for the first time.
Reporting in from 9am today, the Argentine Coach will today also welcome in the club’s 10 internationals involved at the Confederations Cup this summer.
The eight Spanish internationals and Dani Alves will be joined for routine medical examinations at the club by €57m arrival Neymar for his first day.
Then, the players are expected to join their teammates, who are already two weeks into preseason, for this evening’s training session.
