Adil Rami is reportedly considering skipping Valencia’s friendly with Stuttgart on tomorrow so as to avoid potential injury ahead of a possible exit.
The defender only lasted 20 minutes of Friday’s training session before pulling out and requiring physiotherapy due to backache.
AS suggest that the injury will be enough to rule him out of Los Che’s preseason meeting with Stuttgart on Saturday.
However, Superdeporte imply that Rami’s injury is predominantly raisign doubts over his participation out of fear that he could implicate a possible exit by worsening the issue.
The Frenchman has been linked with a move away this summer, although the club have since been reported as keen to keep hold of the 27-year-old.
However, reports today are that Roma may have re-entered the frame, thus making him think twice about risking injury this weekend.
