Sergio Ramos has congratulated Carlo Ancelotti on his appointment at Real Madrid, insisting that he has only heard good things.
The Italian tactician was announced as the new man at Santiago Bernabeu this morning, and the Spain international has admitted it is a good appointment.
“I am pleased Ancelotti has come to Madrid,” he told reporters. “I can only speak highly of him, from what his CV says and what I know of his work.
“We must recognize that Ancelotti has achieved great things at some of the best clubs in Europe.
“If you have achieved these sorts of things, it is because you bring together a number of values that bring the best out of every player.”
