Sergio Ramos has described Carlo Ancelotti as a great Coach on his arrival at Spain’s training headquarters in Madrid.
Ancelotti is being widely tipped to take over from the departed Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid and, on asked his views about the Italian, defender Ramos was forthright.
“Ancelotti is a great Coach but it’s not me who decides,” he said, before being asked his opinion on Mourinho’s decision to return to Chelsea and his subsequent comments that Inter and the Londoners were the only clubs he had feelings for.
“It’s nothing new he likes Inter and Chelsea. The Premier League is the competition for him.
“It is the end of an era with his exit, but as in most families there have been some good times and some bad times,” he said.
