Neymar has arrived in Catalonia ahead of his signing a contract with Barcelona and being presented to the club’s fans and the Spanish media.
The Brazilian recently agreed to a summer transfer from Santos to the Catalans, for a reported fee of €28m.
With permission from the Brazilian Football Federation, the 21-year-old has left his pre-Confederations Cup preparations with the national team to fly across to Catalonia for the presentation at his new club.
At 3.45pm UK time, Neymar will sign his Barcelona contract, before an hour later posing for photos outside the club’s offices and then 30 minutes after that being presented to fans at the Camp Nou.
The evening will then see the player and his new club hold a Press conference.
