Barcelona winger Isaac Cuenca has been dealt a blow with the news that he will have to undergo a second knee operation.
The youngster underwent a corrective procedure last May on a knee problem, which took the 22-year-old eight months to recover from.
On from a successful loan spell at Ajax during the second half of 2012-13, which the player and both clubs were reportedly keen on extending into next season, the player has been hit with the news that he requires a second operation.
Complaining of discomfort in the joint since returning to action, Cuenca reportedly now has to undergo an arthroscopy to assess and clear up any damage.
Although a minor surgical procedure, it is expected to rule the player out for between three and four months.
