Inter President Massimo Moratti has reportedly phoned Real Madrid Coach Jose Mourinho to ask of his potential availability this summer.
Mourinho, who spent two seasons with the Italian giants, winning a League, Cup and Champions League treble in 2010, is strongly linked with a departure from Madrid this coming summer.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report today that whilst Moratti is aware that Chelsea may hold the advantage in tempting the 50-year-old with work for next season, he too is considering a move.
It is alleged that Moratti has spoken to Mourinho to ask him of his situation and to put to him the possibility of a return to the Nerazzurri.
