Barcelona full-back Dani Alves has described talking about Neymar as ‘troublesome and boring’, but he has still suggested that Brazil is now ‘too small’ for him.
The young striker has been linked with a move to Barca in recent months and compatriot Alves has more than once vocalised his encouragement of this.
“Brazil has definitely become too small for Neymar, he should make the jump to Europe,” began the full-back with a new haircut to RAC 1, after yesterday’s 2-2 draw between Brazil and Italy.
“I will not talk about it because it is troublesome and boring. Everybody asks me about his future, he knows what he has to do and those who represent him also know this.
“I am just saying that his future lies in Europe and whatever he does he will be fine, because I will always appreciate and support him.”
