Ramos thanks fans after win

Sergio Ramos has revealed that the crowd at Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday evening are the reason they managed to defeat Mallorca.

Los Blancos were 2-1 down at half-time to the Islanders, but came back after the break and won the match 5-2.

And the Spain international has admitted that the home support gave the players the belief they could win.

“The good thing about playing at home is that the crowd makes you feel that, sooner or later, you can win the game,” he told a Real Madrid TV.

“We feel that on the pitch.

“There were changes at the start of the second half and Ozil and Benzema made the difference.

“They gave the team more quality and rhythm. The important thing is we fought back and the team managed to pick up some points.”
