Former Real Madrid defender Fabio Cannavaro can’t see beyond Bayern Munich in this year’s Champions League.
Ahead of Friday’s draw for the quarter-finals, the retired Italian centre-back reflected on who might win the competition.
“It’s a waste of time trying to predict what will happen from the quarter-finals onwards,” the former Italy international told Sky Sport Italia this week.
“Bayern, for me, remain one of the strongest and most solid.
“Lionel Messi enchants Barcelona, but the German side are more consistent and the most difficult to face.”
