Luis Garcia conceded that he was happy to take a point away from Ciutat de Valencia on Sunday, with Getafe overshadowed in attack by Levante.
The hosts missed a number of opportunities to score in what proved to be a goalless encounter in Week 27.
“In the same way as in the first round when they beat us at home without being the best and with only two shots, we have drawn today without being superior,” reflected Garcia at full-time.
“Levante are a powerful team going forward and over a dry field they have caused us many problems.”
Garcia was asked for reaction to Juan Ignacio Martinez calling him a ‘lucky ass’ in his post-match Press conference.
“The treatment of Juan Ignacio Martinez has been great, but perhaps not for other. Perhaps something similar happened in the reverse fixture and I said nothing…”
Levante won 1-0 in the reverse fixture in a game otherwise dictated by Getafe attacking.
