Manchester United defender Patrice Evra has claimed that Cristiano Ronaldo will find his return to Old Trafford 'hard'.
The Portuguese goalscorer will play at his former home for the first time since leaving the Premier League side in 2009.
And the veteran full-back has insisted that the 28-year-old still 'loves' the club, which will complicate his return.
“It is hard when you play against a team you love,” he told MUTV. “This is his home, so there will be a lot of emotions.
“Hopefully that stops him from playing well.
“I'm sure he will get a great reception from the fans, because they haven't forgotten what he did here.”
