Lionel Messi has briefly commented on Barcelona’s difficult run of form, admitting that it is an unusual situation to be in.
The last 10 days have seen La Blaugrana lose in the Champions League Last 16 first leg against Milan and then at home to Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey semi-final second leg.
Messi, who failed to record a single shot on target in both outings, has offered a small comment on the downturn on his club’s official Chinese social networking site.
“We are not used to experiencing this type of situation, but I have every confidence that this group will move forward,” posted the 25-year-old.
