It has been confirmed that Lionel Messi will make official his two-year contract extension with Barcelona on Thursday.
The Argentine was revealed as having agreed terms on a new deal with La Blaugrana back in December, along with Carles Puyol and Xavi Hernandez.
Following on from the veteran duo signing their respective deals in recent weeks, Messi has been confirmed today by the club as due to pen his agreement this Thursday.
The four-time Ballon d’Or winner will extend his stay at the Camp Nou by a further two years, having agreed to sign on until June 2018.
