Garcia seeing a ‘more solid’ Getafe

Getafe boss Luis Garcia believes his side can claim their fourth League win in a row when they face Real Sociedad on Saturday.

The Azulones face Philippe Montanier's men at Anoeta this weekend and the 40-year-old is confident his team can claim the three points.

“When we've played badly, I'd be the first one to speak up,” he told a Press conference. “But I think you're seeing a more solid Getafe – a team that always tries.

“Apart from Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, there are only inches between the rest.”

He did though, praise the opponents and claimed that his squad would have to be better than they were in training on Tuesday if they are to beat the Erreala.

“They are lurking around the European places and they're playing well,” he said. “Real are a team that are motivated and eager.

“We will have to play a good game if we want to win – they have tremendous quality.

“I did not like our training on Tuesday and I passed it on to the team.

“We were relaxed and not giving 100 per cent. There were seven players who did not practice at their highest level and I do not like that.”
