Jordi Alba is confident that Barcelona’s three wins from three this season fits in line with their title ambitions.
The summer signing from Valencia played in Sunday evening’s hard-fought win over Osasuna, in a game that made it two wins from two in the League, and three from three in all competitions including the Super Cup first leg over Real Madrid.
“Six points in the League, we’ve also won the first leg of the Super Cup, now what remains is to win the title,” he declared post-match to reporters.
“The game was very complicated, the crowd and the team press down on you, it’s always difficult to win here.
“We suffered but we were superior and we had the chances to score.”
