Atletico Madrid Coach Diego Simeone has praised Academica after their 2-0 win in Thursday night's Europa League clash.
Two goals from Wilson Eduardo were enough to give the Portuguese side a memorable victory, and the Argentina tactician has congratulated the Briosa for their efforts as well as condemning his own side.
“Academica played a very good game,” he told a Press conference. “They took advantage of the chances we gave them and won well.
“We did not play the game we wanted to play,” he added. “There was no stability in our game.”
